Shipping Policy
At Taylor we always strive to achieve the best results. This means that you can enjoy our high-quality products and put them to good use. Have you purchased a nice product from us? Then don't be afraid to share your experience with us!

To ensure that our partner can charge fair prices for the products, we choose to send the products to you directly from the supplier. This saves significantly on storage, transport and packaging costs.

Because the products are shipped directly from the supplier, we use these terms:

Order deadline: 11.00 PM
Processing time (days): 1-3 (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time (days): 1-3 (Mon-Sat)

This indication applies to both the Netherlands and Belgium and in 99% of cases orders are delivered within this delivery time.

Always FREE shipping

The supplier will bear the shipping costs for each order. All products are delivered to your home 100% FREE, with no minimum order quantity.

Track your order

A few days after placing your order with Taylor, you can easily track your package.

Refused packages and out-of-home situations

If you refuse the package at the door or are not at home during all delivery times, we will charge up to 50% restocking costs of the purchase price. This covers all logistics and return costs of the package.

Returns Policy

We would like to inform you about our returns policy. At Dolcezza you have the option to return all products within 14 days of receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to determine whether the product meets your expectations. The refund will be refunded within 5 working days after receipt of the return package.

However, in order to be able to offer our products at very low prices, we are forced to charge the customer for return costs. This means that if you want to return a product, you will be responsible for the costs. The costs for returns vary on average between €25 and €30 per product. We would like to inform you that our products are shipped from our factory in China and return shipping costs to these countries must also be paid.
